About me
The face behind whiplash queen
Hi! I’m Dylan Clark, the girl behind Whiplash Queen. I’m 28, and I’ve been lashing since I was 18—so yeah, you could say I’m a bit of an OG in the lash world, haha! I’ve been around long enough to see this industry change and grow, and I’ve loved every minute of it.
A little backstory: I was in college working toward a business degree when I first started lashing. Growing up, I was always into all things girly and beauty-related, but when it came time to make “adult” decisions in my senior year, I figured I should get a degree. So, I chose business—something I liked but wasn’t truly passionate about. Eventually, I realized I didn’t need to choose between business and beauty. I took a leap, got trained in lash extensions, and fell head over heels for it. I ended up dropping out of college, enrolling in aesthetics school, and haven’t looked back since. Best decision ever.
My why
More about me
I married my best friend 8 years ago—he’s my biggest cheerleader and the behind-the-scenes support, or as we like to joke, the “Whiplash King.” We’ve got a 2.5-year-old daughter, Tootsie Dru, who’s both sweet and spicy and our whole world. I work with clients two full days a week and spend the rest of my time at home with her. It’s amazing to be able to live out both of my dreams: running my beauty business and being a mama.

I started teaching lashes 6 years ago, and I absolutely love it. I’m so lucky to have been part of the journey for hundreds of lash artists! Four years ago, I launched my signature Combo course, and I realized how much I enjoy training newbie lash artists. That’s why I now specialize in teaching new and beginner lash artists through my Combo course. I’m truly obsessed with what I do! I strongly believe in lifting other women up! I believe in supporting women and not bringing other each other down. I believe there is room for EVERYBODY, and want nothing more then to be your biggest cheerleader! I am so excited to get to work with you and share my wealth of things I wish I had known sooner!
